Nice But made up of paper and Shipping costs high and delivered late

Jewellery is nice but roses are made up of paper, so beware.
After washing my hands, the roses got wet and the golden design too, lost it's colour.
Also few roses fell out during my function.
I wish the the jewellery was made up of some cloth and stitched properly so that I could re-use it later.

Shipping:
As mentioned on their website,
I paid Rs250 for shipping within 3-4 days but recieved it on 5th day, the shipping cost for 5th day is Rs100 but I didn't receive my Rs150 back yet and they did not even guarantee that they will send me the remaining money back.
