Return & Replacement

We do not offer returns if you simply don’t like the product.
Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

1) You received a damaged product
2) An item is missing from your order
3) You received the wrong product

To request a replacement:

2) Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video/photo
3) Product must be shipped back within 7 working days (customer bears the shipping cost)
4) Once we receive and verify the issue, a store credit (valid for 3 months) will be issued after deducting shipping charges
