Return Policy:
We have a 03-day return policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return.
NOTE : Photo and Video is required of opening the parcel*. to claim a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product Received
Condition of the Returned Item:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged item, please provide clear photos and video of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will assess the damage and guide you through the return process.

Exchange Policy:
You have 03 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

- Wrong Product Received

Exceptions / Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items:
- There is NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGE on customized and personalized products as they are made to order just for you.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the order and inspect the products upon delivery.
- 100/- Rs. Return Charges Should be deducted from you Refund amount.
